Outside Sales Representative
Job Description
Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
Attend industry luncheons, trade shows, etc. to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
Keep abreast of industry products, technologies, and trends
Host information sessions to educate customers on how services can benefit them
Coordinate with the accounts receivable department to ensure that all invoices are paid in full in a timely manner by your customers
Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers
Qualifications
Proven track record in Sales/Construction
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics considered an asset
Valid Driver’s License
