Larry Willman, CEO
Larry is currently serving as MJ Roofing’s CEO and has led the company through a period of continuous growth for over 30 years. Larry’s wealth of roofing expertise proves to be an asset to both the company and its clients. Larry has been a longtime supporter of several children’s charities throughout the province, and enjoys travelling in his down time.
Nathan Willman, COO
Currently MJ Roofing’s COO, Nathan has been involved in all facets of the company for over 15 years. His previous experience as a field technician, site foreman, and most recently operations manager provide a solid foundation from which to optimize the company’s operating capabilities to ensure continued customer satisfaction. Nathan enjoys playing hockey, and travelling.
Marc Guzzi, CFO
Since 2014, Marc has been MJ Roofing’s CFO, and is passionate about delivering value to its clients. Prior to joining MJ Roofing, Marc spent more than a decade in a variety of management roles leading teams of professionals at one the world’s largest IT companies. Marc holds a B. Comm. (Hons.) from the University of Manitoba, and is a member of CPA Manitoba. He enjoys giving back to his community and supports several organizations around Winnipeg.
